MEMORANDUM-DECISION and ORDER - That CRASC's 8 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED insofar as Umoh's FDCPA claims that arose before July 22, 2008, and claims arising under New York general Business Law 349 and 601 are DISMISSED. That CRASC' ;s 8 Motion to Dismiss is DENIED as to Umoh's remaining timely FDCPA claims. That Umoh's 14 Motion to Amend is GRANTED as to the timely FDCPA claims he proposes, but is DENIED as to the New York General Business Law claims and untimely FDCPA claims against CRASC.
