It is ORDERED that Plaintiff is awarded the following injunctive relief requested in the Complaint: Defendant Kenneth L. Wicks is directed to return all copies to Plaintiff of Banner Industries of N.E., Inc., documents remaining on the hard drive and to delete all such information from the hard drive; and counsel are directed to facilitate this matter so that defendant Kenneth L. Wicks can retain whatever of his own material is on the hard drive and all other relief requested is DENIED. It is further ORDERED that defendants' # 95 Motion for Summary Judgment dismissing the action is GRANTED and the action is DISMISSED with prejudice. (mc)
