No. 6) is DISMISSED with prejudice under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B) as frivolous and for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiffs Letter Motion (Dkt. No. 33) requesting a receipt and accounting of security allegedly submitted to the Court is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED, that the Cl erk of the Court serve a copy of this Memorandum-Decision and Order on the parties in accordance with the Local Rules.
