The Court further ORDERS that the Lapper Defendants' # 78 motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in par t and DENIED in part as noted herein. The Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff's # 82 motion for summary judgment against Defendant C.S. on the issue of liability is DENIED. The Court further ORDERS that counsel shall participate in a telephone conference on July 17, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. to schedule a date for the trial on this matter.
