MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER: The Court hereby ORDERS that Defendants' Motions, insofar as they seek transfer of venue to the Southern District of Ohio (Dkt. Nos. 16 , 28 , 35 ), are GRANTED; and the Court further ORDERS Defendants remaining motions (Dkt. Nos. 24 , 27 ) are DENIED without prejudice; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of Court shall electronically transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Memorandum-Decision and Order on all parties in accordance with the Local Rules.
