GRANTED with respect to claims against Ulster County and municipal defendants in their official capacities. DENIE D in all other respects. That Treistman's cross motion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 94) is DENIED. That the Clerk is directed to terminate Krisjanis, Jackson, Sorkin and Ulster County from this action. That municipal defendants shall supple ment their motion and submit briefing consistent with this Memorandum-Decision and Order within fourteen (14) days of entry, Treistman shall have fourteen (14) days to respond, and municipal defendants shall have seven (7) days to reply.
