Filing 76 MEMORANDUM-DECISION & ORDER: It is Ordered that defendants' # 71 Motion for Sanctions seeking to preclude plaintiff from offering the testimony of certain witnesses at trial pursuant to FRCvP is GRANTED IN PART, insofar as plaintiff is preclud ed from offering as a trial witness Danny Hakim, and DENIED IN PART, insofar as plaintiff is not precluded from offering as trial witnesses the following individuals: Brian Beaver, G.B., G.P., Bonnie Lawrence, Roy Schult, Allison Mattoon and Juanita Wells. It is Ordered that discovery will be reopened for 30 days following the date of entry of this Memorandum-Decision & Order for the limited purpose of obtaining depositions of Brian Beaver, G.B., Bonnie Lawrence, Roy Schult, Allison Mattoon, G.P ., and Juanita Wells. It is Ordered that expenses incurred as a result of these depositions, should any be taken, will be bourne by plaintiff as set forth herein.
