ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Approving the # 22 Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. Plaintiff/Relator, George Poncy, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i), files this Notice of Dismissal without prejudice as to defendants Patrick J. Papa, SR Kent, LLC and Steven R. Kent. Pursuant to 31 U.S.C. § 3730(b)(1), the written consent of the United States for the dismissal of these parties is attached as Exhibit A. CONSENT JUDGMENT: Upon consent of the parties, and the Court being fully advised Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the United States of America against Defendants Academy Medical, LLC, Edward D. Desser, and Daniel Shaw, jointly and severally, i n the amount of $335,000. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Relator George Poncy against Defendants Academy Medical, LLC, Edward D. Desser, and Daniel Shaw, jointly and severally, in the amount of $75,000. Interest shall accrue on any unpaid principal amounts due under this Consent Judgment pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
