May 21, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 67 Text Only Order - On March 23, 2020, plaintiff Maxmillian Sloley filed a motion seeking status of this action and requesting the Court to assist in facilitating settlement. (Dkt. No. 66.) General Order 58 provides that any civil actions scheduled or ready to proceed to trial are continued pending further order of the court up to and through June 15, 2020 to take precautions in light of the COVID-19 virus outbreak. This matter is but one of the many that requires judicial attention and a trial scheduling order will be issued in due course.
