That defendants' 6 Motion to Disqualify Counsel is DENIED with leave to renew upon further discovery. That the parties notify Magistrate Judge Randolph F. Treece to schedule furth er proceedings in accordance with this Memorandum-Decision and Order. That the Clerk provide a copy of this Memorandum-Decision and Order to Magistrate Judge Randolph F.
