No. 40) is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiffs Letter Motion (Dkt. No. 41) for attorneys fees and an order compelling immediate placement of V.W. at the Riverview School is DENIED without prejudice to renew to the extent it request attorneys fees. DECISION and ORDER. ORDERED that within fourteen days of the filing date of this Decision and Order, Defendant Justyn P. Bates, as State Review Officer, must issue a decicision on the Shenendehowa Central School District's appeal of the IHO 9;s December 2013 decision in accordance with 20 U.S.C. 1415 and N.Y. Education Law 4404. It is further ORDERED that the parties file a status report upon issuance of the SRO's decision or upon expiration of the fourteen day deadline set forth above, whichever is earlier.
