DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part Defts' 16 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. The motion is granted inasmuch as the stated claims are dismissed. The motion is denied in all other respects. Pltf's 20 m otion for leave to re-plead is granted in part and denied in part. The motion is granted inasmuch as Pltf is given leave to file an amended complaint, by 8/28/15, re-pleading ADEA claims against the individual Defts, and 1983 claims against Cox and Bedell.
