No. 65) is GRANTED in part as to the dismissal of the Sarrises counterclaims alleging violations of New York General Business Law section 3 48, New York Insurance Law section 2601, and New York insurance regulations, and DENIED in all other respects; and it is further ORDERED, that the Sarrises cross-motions for summary judgment (Dkt.
