MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER: The Court hereby ORDERS that Plaintiff's # 21 request to amend his complaint is GRANTED. Therefore, the Court instructs Plaintiff to "file and serve the original signed amended [complaint] within fourteen (1 4) days" of the date of this Memorandum Decision and Order, see L. R. 7.1(a)(4). The Court further ORDERS that Defendants' # 31 re-noticed motion to dismiss Plaintiff's amended complaint is DENIED in its entirety.
