No. 38) is GRANTED; and the Court further ORDERS that Olmstead's motion to strike Attorney Bard's affidavit and to require Barclay Damon, LLP to withdraw from this action (Dkt. No. 45) is DENIED; and the Court further ORDERS that T hird-Party Defendant Olmstead shall file his answer to the amended third-party complaint within thirty (30) days from the filing date of this Memorandum-Decision and Order; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Memorandum-Decision and Order on the parties in accordance with the Local Rules.
