The following claims survive: Plaintiff's malicious prosecution claim against all de fendants; and Plaintiff's claim for conspiracy against all defendants to the extent it contemplates an agreement to maliciously prosecute Plaintiff. All of Plaintiff's remaining claims are dismissed. Defendants are directed to file an answe r to Plaintiff's # 31 Amended Complaint within 14 days of the date of this Decision and Order pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P.
