L. § 296 based on her gender; and the following claims SURVIVE this motion to dismiss: (1) Plaintiff's Second Claim for retaliation pursuant to Title VII; (2) Plaintiff's Sixth Claim for hostile work environment discrimination pursua nt to N.Y. Exec. L. § 296 based on her familial status; and (3) Plaintiff's Seventh Claim for retaliation pursuant to N.Y. Exec. L. § 296. Defendants are directed to file an answer to the Plaintiff's Complaint within 14 days of the date of this Decision & Order pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P.
