DECISION and ORDER: This case is DISMISSED. The dismissal is without prejudice to Plaintiffs repleading claims that do not fall within the probate exception to federal subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiffs are given twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Decision and Order to replead such claims. If Plaintiffs do not file an amended complaint within this period of time, the dismissal will be deemed to be with prejudice, and the Clerk may entered judgment in this manner without further action by the Court.
