TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's request for permission to electronically file documents via CM/ECF and given that Plaintiff has filed a certification #8 as directed showing that Plaintiff is in compliance with the Court's requirements, permission is granted for Plaintiff to participate in electronic case filing and Pro Se Plaintiff Motion #8 is GRANTED. Plaintiff is authorized to conduct N.D.N.Y. CM/ECF filing via a PACER account in Case 1:22-cv-00579-TJM-ML Aziyz v. Cameca et al, under the following conditions: (1) Plaintiff is authorized only to conduct filing in Case 1:22-cv-00579-TJM-ML Aziyz v. Cameca et al; (2) Plaintiff must not permit anyone else to utilize their PACER account; (3) Plaintiff must comply with ALL N.D.N.Y.
