Dkt. No. #15 . In light of this agreement, the parties request that Defendants' time to file a response to the Complaint be stayed pending such discussions. The request to stay the deadline without date is denied, however, the Court grants Defendants a ninety (90) day extension in which to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint.
