TEXT ORDER. A conference was held with counsel of record for the parties to coordinate service of an answer or other responsive pleading. Based upon the discussion held, the Court grants the Defendants' request for an additional 20 days to respond to the Amended Complaint. With regard to Defendant Gregorio Johnson, it appears that service of the Amended Complaint has not yet been effectuated. Further, Attorney Shaw indicates that there is an additional issue with service on Defendant Mills. Pursuant to Plaintiff's request, the time period to effectuate service on these two Defendants is hereby extended for an additional 45 days pursuant to FRCP 4(m).
