By February 17, 2023, the remaining plaintiffs shall (l) file their amended complaint in this action, and shall (2) inform the Court and GreatBanc whether they are withdrawing or maintaining their motion to remand in light of the changed array of parties and amendments to the complaint. In the even that plaintiffs provide notice that they maintain their motion to remand, GreatBanc shall not be required to answer or otherwise respond to the amended complaint until 30 days after the Court rules on such motion. 3.
