Filing 8 DECISION AND ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; adopting Report and Recommendations re 6 Report and Recommendations: The Court hereby ORDERS that Magistrate Judge Peebles Amended Report and Recommendation (Dkt. No. 6) is ADOPTED in its entirety; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Dkt. No. 2) is DENIED; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff is directed to pay the full filing fee of $400 no later than thirty(30) days from the date of this Decision and Order; and the Court furtherORDERS that, if Plaintiff fails to pay the full filing fee within thirty (30) days of the date of this Decision and Order, the Clerk of the Court shall enter j udgment in Defendants' favor and close this case without further order of this Court; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve this Decision and Order on Plaintiff in accordance with the Local Rules.
