March 15, 2024 Filing 4 TEXT ORDER: Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #2 is DENIED. The motion is denied because the application is incomplete. Question 2 is incomplete, in that, it fails to provide the name and address of the employer. Question 3 is incomplete, in that, although box 3(a) is checked yes, it fails to thereafter provide information as to the source of money, amount received, and amount expected to be received in the future. Question 5 is incomplete, in that, it fails to state the value of the home that Plaintiff owns. As a result, IFP application #2 is DENIED. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed in this action IFP, she shall by 4/15/2024 submit a full and completed IFP application with all questions answered completely. Additionally, there appears to be a discrepancy in the spelling of the Plaintiff's name in court records. Plaintiff has spelled her name "Duncanson" and also "Duncauson." Plaintiff is directed to file by 4/15/2024 a letter indicating the correct spelling of her full name. PLAINTIFF IS ADVISED THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH COURT ORDERS OR FAILURE TO PROMPTLY PROCEED WITH THIS LITIGATION MAY RESULT IN SANCTIONS BEING IMPOSED PURSUANT TO FED. R. CIV.
