It is Ordered that out of special solicitude to him as a pro se civil rights litigant, Plaintiff Willis is sua sponte granted leave to file a Second Amended Complaint in this action. The Second Amended Complaint must: 1) be filed within 30 days of this Decision & Order, 2) must consist solely of paragraphs numbered consecutively to the paragraphs contained in the Amended Complaint starting with Paragraph Number 108, 3) must be based solely on events occurring after the date of the Amended Complaint (8/5/04) but before the date of his deposition in this action (5/24/07), and 4) must allege only facts in support of plaintiff Willis' hostile work environment claim. If Plaintiff Willis elects to file such a Second Amended Complaint, Defts will be sua sponte granted an extension to file a second motion for Summary Judgment within 60 days. Signed by Judge Glenn T.
