CLERK'S CORRECTION OF DOCKET ENTRY: Per request of Pro Se Plaintiff Desiree Yagan, text in Dkt. #6 has been modified to reflect the correct description of the documents filed and has further requested that these documents be considered part of Dkt. #1 . This docket entry has been corrected to reflect that the first image viewed at Dkt. 6 is a copy of an Article 78 proceeding brought in Onondaga County Supreme Court, rather than a "Letter." Pro Se plaintiff also indicated that the address on the docket is her correct mailing address. She is going to contact the Post Office to inquire as to why her mail was returned to the Clerk's Office. The Clerk's Office will again attempt to send out the filing that was returned. Plaintiff Desiree Yagan requested that all mail continue to be sent to the address on the case docket. (sg) |
