Filing 21 MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER: The Court hereby ORDERS that Plaintiff's # 17 motion for leave to amend her complaint is GRANTED. Therefore, the Court instructs Plaintiff to "file and serve the original signed amended [complaint] within fo urteen (14) days" of the date of this Memorandum-Decision and Order. The Court further ORDERS that Defendants' # 11 motion to dismiss is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as noted herein. The Court further ORDERS that Defendant Bartlett is DISMISSED from this action because Plaintiff has not asserted any claims against him in her proposed amended complaint.
