JUDGMENT: that plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings is Granted in part and Denied in part. The motion is granted to the extent that the Commissioner's decision is reversed and the matter is remanded for further determination r elative to plaintiff's Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The motion is denied without prejudice to renewal in all the respects. The Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings is Denied. The decision of the Commissioner is Reversed and this case is Remanded, pursuant to the sentence four of 42 U.S.C. 405(g), for a determination consistent with this Decision and Order. All pursuant to the 18 Decision and Order of the Honorable Senior Judge Thomas J. McAvoy dated 3/17/2017. (hmr)
