No. 15) is DENIED with leave to renew; and it is further ORDERED, that Nationstar may renew its motion for default judgment by filing, within thirty (30) days of the filing of this Decision and Orde r, a letter request that includes either an affirmation that a copy of the complaint was filed with the original notice of pendency or that includes a new notice of pendency filed with the county clerk; and it is further ORDERED, that if Nationstar fails to file such a letter request within thirty (30) days, its complaint shall be dismissed and the Clerk of the Court shall close this action without further order of the Court.
