JUDGMENT: In favor of Mario Franco and against John Gunsalus and Shawn Kelly. $5,000 in compensatory damages were awarded by the jury on claims of false arrest, malicious prosecution, excessive force as to Defendant Gunsalus, and nominal damages of $1.00 awarded for false arrest as to Defendant Kelly. Defendants' post trial motions are Denied. Plaintiff's post trial motion is Denied. (rep)
