TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff filed a Status Report #10 wherein Plaintiff states that Plaintiff granted defendant Trimble an extension of time to Answer the Complaint until 12/16/2019 [see Dkt. No. 10]. The Court hereby advises Plaintiff that Plaintiff has no such authority to grant extensions of deadlines as set forth by statute, court rules, or court order. Therefore, the deadlines for defendants in this case to file an Answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint have not been extended and remain in effect. If a party, or the parties jointly, wish to apply to the Court for extension of time to file an Answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint, the party or parties must file a Letter Motion with the Court setting forth the reasons and seeking court authorization.
