TEXT ORDER: According to the Court's docket for this case, defendants Andrew Iloff and Joann Iloff time to answer or otherwise respond to plaintiffs complaint has expired. Plaintiffs counsel is hereby ORDERED to file by 3/3/2020 a request for clerks entry of default or otherwise to file a detailed status report explaining why it should not file such default request. Furthermore, Plaintiff has named John Doe, Mary Roe and XYZ Corporation in the Complaint but has yet to identify any such Doe defendants and no summonses have issued. Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a status report by 3/3/2020 advising the Court as to its progress in identifying Doe defendants and whether Plaintiff intends to remove such defendants from the caption and complaint.
