TEXT ORDER: Court reviewed docket and notes that the summonses were issued prematurely and are therefore a nullity. Because Plaintiff is requesting in forma pauperis ("IFP") status, the Court must review the IFP application. If IFP status is granted, then the Court must conduct an initial review of the complaint for sufficiency pursuant to 28 USC Section 1915.
