After consulting with DOCCS, Plaintiff is advised the estimated total cost of production for a 4-day trial would be $2996.80. The figure provided by DOCCS is only an estimate, and plaintiff is warned that the cost for production may be higher than this estimate. Plaintiff will be responsible for the total cost of production, even if it exceeds the estimated amount.
