Filing 6 TEXT ORDER: denying #5 Letter Motion without prejudice to renew. Plaintiff has moved to extend his time to file an amended complaint in accordance with this court's "order." However, this court issued an Order and Report-Recommendation. Plaintiff's request for an extension to file an amended complaint is premature, and he should wait until the District Judge acts on my Order and Report-Recommendation [Dkt. No. 4]. If the court adopts my Order and Report-Recommendation, and plaintiff still wishes to file an amended complaint, and needs more time to do so, he may reapply for an extension of time. So Ordered by U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew T. Baxter on 6/30/2020. [Copy served upon pro se plaintiff via regular mail.](nmk) |
