Upon review of the complaint, the motion, and a supplement thereto, it is plain that plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden of demonstrating a likelihood of success on the merits. See Sanchez v. Bonacchi, No. 5:14-CV-452, 2014 WL 2927795, at *2 (N.D.N.Y. June 27, 2014). Secondarily, it is not readily apparent why immediate relief is necessary. Accordingly, plaintiffs' motion, (Dkt.
