Sanders, 557 F.3d 76 (2d Cir. 2009) (per curiam). Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1), the parties have fourteen days within which to file written objections to the foregoing report.6 Such objections shall be filed with the Clerk of the Court.
