No. #2 ) is Granted; Recommended that Plaintiff's First Amendment retaliation claims against Deputy Daughton (the first cause of action), Sergeant Williams (the third cause of action), and Deputy Arsenault (the fourth cause of action) survive sua sponte review; Recommended that pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B) and 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b), Plaintiff's grievance procedure claim against Deputy Dober (the second cause of action) be Dismissed; Recommended that pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B) and 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b), Deputy Campaneo, Deputy Sullivan, Deputy Apples, Deputy Passino, Deputy McDonald, and Sergeant Peterson be Dismissed; Recommended that if the District Court adopts this Report-Recommendation, the Clerk be directed to issue summonses and forward them, along with a copy of the Complaint (Dkt. No. #1 ), to the United States Marshal for service upon Deputy Daughton, Sergeant Williams, and Deputy Arsenault; Recommended that Deputy Daughton, Sergeant Williams, and Deputy Arsenault be Ordered to file a formal response to the remaining first, third, and fourth causes of action in Plaintiff's Complaint (Dkt.
