September 12, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 4 TEXT ORDER: Court reviewed removed action (Dkt. No. #1 ) and notes that it contains an Order to Show Cause (Dkt. No. 1-1 at 116-119) filed in State Court before the action was removed to this Court. In accordance with Local Rule 81.4, any motions filed in the action before it was removed must be refiled in this Court. Therefore, plaintiff must refile the Order to Show Cause in this action. Additionally, plaintiff should file an affidavit of service by 10/10/2023 showing the summons and complaint were served on defendants or re-serve defendants by that date and file an affidavit of service accordingly. Additionally, Court notes that certain personal identifiers of plaintiff and a non-party are included in the submissions at Dkt. Nos. #1 and #2 in the exhibits attached to the complaint. Defendants are directed to review Local Rule 5.2(a) and resubmit those filings with the personal identifiers removed. Counsel should contact the undersigned's Courtroom Deputy Clerk by 9/19/2023 for instructions on how to submit the redacted documents. In the meantime, the Clerk is directed to restrict Dkt. Nos. 1 and 2 to the parties only. The initial conference scheduled for 10/10/2023 (see Dkt. No. #3 ) is adjourned at this time and will be reset as necessary once the defendants have responded to the complaint.
