No. 7) against defendant is GRANTED; it if further ORDERED that plaintiff, on the first cause of action, is awarded $2 ,666.55 in unpaid principal, $768.40 in accrued interest, an additional $.23 in interest for each day after January 12, 2012 until judgment is entered, and post-judgment interest calculated pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961; it is further O RDERED that plaintiff, on the second cause of action, is awarded $500.00 in unpaid principal, $246.37 in accrued interest, an additional $.07 in interest for each day after January 12, 2012 until judgment is entered, and post-judgment interest calculated pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
