MEMORANDUM-DECISION and ORDERED, that Plaintiffs Motion for Default Judgment (Dkt. No. 7) is GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff UFCW Local One Pension Fund and against Defendant in the sum of $86,995.72; and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff UFCW Local One Health Fund and against Defendant in the sum of $13,759.07; and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment in favor of Plaintiffs and against Defendant for attorneys fees and costs in the amount of $6,791.99.
