Baxter on 4/10/2017 re #44 plaintiff's amended complaint: Defense counsel confirmed that he consents to the filing of the #44 amended complaint. Attorney Walsh further agreed to accept service on behalf of defendants Webb, Fahey, and Miles. A deadline for all named defendants to respond to the amended complaint was set to 5/1/2017. Plaintiff's counsel advised she is still working towards naming at least one more Doe defendant, the arresting officer. Plaintiff may seek leave to disclose an expert.
