TEXT ORDER : Court has reviewed letter motion (Dkt. No. #14 ) from Plaintiff which requests legal advice and other assistance. Neither the Court, nor Court personnel, are permitted to give legal advice to parties. Plaintiff's complaint has been accepted for filing in the format as submitted. (Dkt. No. #8 .) Court has issued a summons and both the summons and complaint have been sent to the Marshal for service upon the defendant. The Marshal will provide the Court with an affidavit of service once service is accomplished. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a copy of the summons and the docket for plaintiff's reference. If plaintiff still wishes to amend his complaint, he should review Rule 15 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Local Rule 7.1(a)(4). Plaintiff should also note that although the application to proceed in forma pauperis has been granted, Plaintiff is still required to pay fees he may incur in this action, including copying and/or witness fees.
