TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's recently filed pro se complaint #1 and notes that plaintiff has not signed it. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 requires that "[e]very pleading... must be signed... by a party personally if the party is proceeding unrepresented." See also Local Rule 10.1(c)(2) (requiring that pleadings include signature of the attorney or pro se litigant). The Court directs the Clerk to mail Plaintiff a copy of the complaint #1 so that it may be signed. If Plaintiff does not file a signed copy of the complaint by July 14, 2021, this case will be administratively closed until Plaintiff files a signed complaint. So Ordered by Judge Brenda K.
