Text Only Order - On June 16, 2021, the court administratively closed this case with an opportunity for plaintiffs to comply with the filing fee requirement. (Dkt. No. 2.) Plaintiff Stephanie Klestinez has failed to comply with this courts order. Plaintiff Steven Klestinez has complied with the court's order by filing a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and an inmate authorization form. (Dkt. No. 3-5.) On June 29, 2021, the court issued a text order restoring this case to the courts active docket. That order failed to clarify that the case was reopened as to Steven only. The matter remains administratively closed with respect to Stephanie. Stephanie may seek to reopen the action by complying with the court's June 16, 2021 order on or before August 9, 2021.
