February 15, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 7 TEXT ORDER: Court reviewed docket and notes that plaintiff claims he is not receiving mail at the address he provided to the Court upon the filing of the action. (See Dkt. No. #1 at 1 and Dkt. No. #5 ; see also Clerk's notes 2/14/2022.) Court also notes the Clerk has mailed Court documents to plaintiff at two different addresses. Plaintiff MUST provide the Court with a current address as required by Local Rule 10.1(c)(2). Plaintiff was notified of this requirement to keep his address current. (Dkt. No. #3 .) Therefore, plaintiff is directed to file, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, a notification of his current mailing address. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute and failure to follow Court orders and directives, and failure to follow the Local Rules of this Court. The Clerk is directed to mail this Text Order to plaintiff at the Rome, NY address on the docket and the Taberg, NY address. This is the final time any mailings from the Court will be sent to plaintiff at both addresses. Any further mailings from the Court will be sent to plaintiff at the address on the docket which currently is the Rome, NY address unless and until plaintiff files a change of address in writing as directed in this Text Order.
