TEXT ORDER: Court has reviewed letter request (Dkt. No. #13 ) from Plaintiff's counsel, who is not admitted in the NDNY to date, for an adjournment of the Rule 16 conference until he can get admitted. Letter motion denied as moot. The Court previously adjourned the Rule 16 conference (Dkt. No. 12) and that Text Order likely crossed in the mail with Dkt. No. 13. The Court sua sponte extends the time for Attorney Gozigian to be admitted and file a Notice of Appearance to 2/10/2023, or another admitted counsel should file a notice of appearance for Plaintiff by that date. If no appearance is made on behalf of Plaintiff by 2/10/2023, the Plaintiff will be deemed appearing pro se. TEXT ORDER : Court reviewed defendant's letter request (Dkt. No. #11 ) regarding upcoming Rule 16 conference. Since plaintiff's counsel is not admitted to the NDNY to date, the Rule 16 conference and related deadlines are adjourned at this time and will be reset once counsel for plaintiff is duly admitted to practice in this court and he files a proper notice of appearance as required or plaintiff is deemed appearing pro se. Plaintiff's counsel was informed of the Notice of Admission Requirement on 12/15/2022, and was instructed to notify the Court in writing within 14 days of the Notice if he was going to remain as counsel of record. Plaintiff has not so notified the Court nor made any effort to date to be admitted. Therefore, an admitted attorney must file a Notice of Appearance by 2/3/2023 or the plaintiff will be deemed appearing pro se.
