MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER: ORDERED that plaintiffs motions to preclude defendants experts from testifying at trial 33 35 36 are DENIED; it is further ORDERED that defendants motion to preclude defendants expert from testifying 34 is DENIE D; it is further ORDERED that defendants for summary judgment 34 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Defendants motion is granted to the extent that all of plaintiffs failure to warn and manufacturing defect claims are dismissed. The motion is denied in all other respects.
