Filing 49 DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part # 32 Defendants' motion to dismiss. Plaintiff shall, within 30 DAYS from the date of this Decision and Order, serve the summons and complaint on Defendants Langevin and Clement by sending the summons and Complaint either by direct registered mail to their addresses in Quebec or by e-mail to the e-mail addresses that Mr. Marin states he used to send copies of the summons and complaint to Defendants Langevin and Clement on 3/22/17, and file a certificate of such service with the Court. Decision on the failure-to-state-a-claim portion of Defendants' motion (Dkt. No. 32 ) is RESERVED for a period of THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of this Decision and Order, or until Plaintiff files the aforementioned certificate of service, whichever is sooner.
