No. 120) is GRANTED, and all of Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Goord, Selsky, and Girdich are DISMISSED with prejudice. The only remaining cause of action is Plaintiff's Eighth Amendment claim of excessive force against Defendants McComsey, Richards, Kramer and Wright (after he is served with process) regarding the incident that occurred on March 17, 2003.
